Yu Yucheng

(Partner, Patent Agent, Trademark Agent, Broker, Senior Engineer)

After graduated from the university, Mr. Yu had engaged in research work as an engineer in Beijing Electronic Institute under China Academic for Sciences for 19 years.

He was involved in the work of patent registration agent in China and abroad in the Patent & Trademark Law Firm of China Council for the Promotion for International Trade (CCPIT) from May of 1983 to October of 1990, responsible for the matters concerning filing patent applications in foreign countries.

As one of the first group of patent agents in China, he took part in the preparation of establishment of the first patent & trademark agency of China--- "Patent & Trademark Law Firm under CCPIT"; participated in the discussion for the drafting of the Chinese Trademark Law (1983) and Patent Law (1984); gave lectures on drafting patent documents and explanation of the Patent Law for some nation-wide important training courses for training the first group of patent agents of the country, such as the training course for the people from five provinces and one city in the southwest of China; training course for the Hydraulic & Electrical Ministry; training course for the Textile Ministry, etc.

He worked in a US law firm--- Birch, Steward, Kolash & Birch and studied there in 1987.

Mr. Yu handled the patent and trademark prosecutions and the legal issues thereof in the Patent & Trademark Law Firm under CCPIT and China Patent (H.K.) Agent Ltd. (CPA) respectively from October of 1990 to March 1995.

He was in the position of Vice President of Lung Tin International Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd. from March 1995 to June of 2001, in charge of the work relating to registration of patent, trademark and copyright; and the relevant legal issues.

From June of 2001, Mr. Yu is in the position of President of Beijing Ming & Long Intellectual Property Agent Limited, engaging in the work relating to registration of patent, trademark and copyright; and the relevant legal issues.

Mr. Yu has handled more than 300 patent applications and about one thousand trademark applications. During his working in the Patent & Trademark Law Firm under CCPIT in the eighties of the twentieth century, he had presided several hundreds of filing patent applications with foreign countries. He has handled over 200 cases relating to patent invalidation/reexamination; trademark opposition/reexamination/revocation; copyright registration; customs record; as well as the protection, assignment and license of these rights. Moreover, he has dealt with about 600 cases relating to patent /trademark infringement and litigation.

Wu Fengying

(Partner, Patent Agent, Senior Engineer in Chemistry & Metallurgy)

She carried out scientific research work in the Research Institute of Chemistry & Metallurgy under Ministry of Nuke Industry in the sixties of the twentieth century.

After systematically training in 1984, she became one of the first group of Chinese patent agents, and became one of the pioneers of China Non-Ferrous Metal Patent Agency. Before she joined Beijing Ming & Long Intellectual Property Agent Limited, she worked as a patent agent in another Patent Agency. Having drafted over 500 patent applications, she has rich experience in the work of patent agent. For the time being, she is the partner and patent agent of our Company. She is also the member of All-China Patent Agent Association.

Yu Baoyu

(Partner, Patent Agent, Senior Engineer)

Mr. Yu graduated from Moscow College of Non-ferrous Metal & Gold with the major of chemistry.

He led a group of people engaging in scientific research work in Beijing Search Institute of Non-ferrous Metal as a group leader after graduation.

He set foot in the field of intellectual property in 1984, and became one of the first group of patent agents in China. He sponsored the preparation of the establishment of the patent agency under Beijing Search Institute of Non-ferrous Metal and responsible for the patent work in that Institute. Having engaged in patent work for many years, drafted a great amount of patent application documents, and handled many patent reexamination and invalidation cases, he has rich experience on patent agent work. For the time being, he is the partner and patent agent of our Company, and the member of All-China Patent Agent Association.


Liu Xufeng

(Partner, Patent Agent, Senior Engineer in Chemistry)

After graduation, Ms. Liu was engaged in technical research work in Shandong Agriculture Bureau and moved to Beijing Aviation & Aerospace University afterwards.

She set foot in the field of intellectual property in 1984, and became one of the first group of patent agents in China. She was involved in the work of management of achievements and patent in Scientific & Technological Division and worked as a patent agent in Patent Agency under Beijing Aviation & Aerospace University respectively. She handled many patent cases in chemical field and accumulated abundant Experience. She is the partner and patent agent of the Company and the member of All-China Patent Agent Association.

Xu Ruihong

(Partner, Trademark Agent)

Ms. Xu has engaged in the work of patent & trademark agent after graduation, and handled about one hundred cases of patent invalidation for Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. of the Netherlands etc.; cases relating to trademark application / opposition / reexamination; decades of patent / trademark infringement cases for Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. of Japan and Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V; and many litigation cases. She is familiar with the IP-related laws; procedural matters of patent / trademark application for registration; and the procedures and laws and regulations relating to infringement and litigation cases.

Ju Yongshan

(Patent Agent, Senior Engineer)

Graduated from Nanking University with the major of chemistry, Mr. Ju worked in the Fifth Institute of Nuke Industry Ministry.

He became one of the first group of the patent agents in 1984 and was engaged as a patent agent by the Patent Law Firm of the Nuke Industry Ministry and the Patent Law Firm of the Ministry of Aviation in succession. Mr. Ju took the position of Director of Science & Technology Division of the Institute of Nuke Industry Ministry in 1989, in charge of the administrative work of scientific & technological achievements and patent application and exploitation. During his working in that Ministry, he had been involved in series of important State scientific & technological projects, and made scientific & technological results in the fields of phytochemistry, fine chemistry, aerosol insecticide, etc. Mr. Ju has a solid academic foundation and rich experience as a patent agent. Now he is the patent agent of our Company. He is also a member of All-China Patent Agent Association.

Zhang Yulan

(Patent Agent, Senior Engineer in Chemistry)

Ms. Zhang started to work in Huludao Zinc Plant after she graduated from the University. She had worked in the Central Laboratory, Device Division, Mechanical Automation Research Section, Institute of Metallurgy, and Science & Technology Section under the Office of Chief Engineer of the Plant in succession.

She obtained the qualification of agent issued by the Chinese Patent Office in 1986, set her foot in the field of intellectual Property and was employed as a patent agent by the Patent Law Firm of China Non-ferrous Metal Industry Corp. She has handled many patent applications. Now she is the patent agent of our Company and also a member of All-China Patent Agent Association.

Li Xincai

(Patent Agent, Senior Engineer)

Mr. Li graduated from Zhongnan Institute of Mining & Metallurgy with the major of non-ferrous metallurgy.

He worked in Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy after graduation from the university, engaged in research of non-ferrous metal and the administration of planning of science & technology and achievements in Scientific Research Division in succession.

He got the qualification of a patent agent in 1993 and moved to the field of patent agent afterwards. Mr. Li has accumulated rich experience on patent agent by means of handling a great amount of patent cases concerning mining, milling of ores, mechanics and metallurgy, etc. Now he is the patent agent of our company and also a member of All-China Patent Agent Association.

Li Xiaotuo

(Patent Agent, Engineer)

Mr. Li graduated from China Academic for Social Sciences with the mathematics major. After graduation, he did some legal work and has undertaken many important litigation cases. He published many legal papers in several newspapers. Now he is a patent agent in our Company.

Zhang Yan

Ms. Zhang graduated from the Stony Brook Branch, New York State University of the USA with the major of electronic. Now she is a patent agent of our Company.
